Culture
We believe that culture is a core tenet that drives everything an organisation does. Using cutting edge anthropological techniques, including ‘deep-hanging out’, we can hold a cultural mirror to organisations. By mapping these cultural dynamics, we alongside our clients, can design programmes that actually stick. Ethnographic methods (observation, interviews, shadowing) reveal how employees really experience policies, tools and leadership – beyond what typical surveys capture.
By collecting data on these ‘unwritten rules’ of how the organisation behaves, leaders can understand why strategies succeed or fail. Once you know where you are, we can then design a roadmap to change the culture – values, rituals, communication styles – to allow the organisation to transform and succeed.

Our main focus when delivering specialist advisory services is to deliver real value to our clients, not just tick boxes. We aim to partner with our clients, supporting their own internal functions as a seamless delivery partner. We invest time to understand our clients needs and circumstances in a holistic way, so that our reviews and recommendations can be relevant and directly add value.
We have decades of experience delivering complex, specialist reviews in both an assurance and advisory context. Our deep expertise includes programme and project management, contracts, procurement, forensic diagnostics, governance, and risk.

Training and Coaching
At CPP we have experts across many fields with knowledge built over many years – and we want to share it! Empowering others through learning is something we find incredibly rewarding. Building capability to allow our clients to succeed is a big driving factor for us, as we work with our clients as partnerships and we are genuinely invested in your success.
